AIDI TEAM is the owner of two websites ("Websites"): a Virtual Store ("Virtual Store") with URL https://web.aidi.team, where the User/Client can review information about the products and services offered by AIDI TEAM and eventually complete the purchase process. And a web application ("Web Application") with URL https://aidi.team/app, where the User/Client can manage the profile linked to the product purchased in the Virtual Store.
These terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a contract between you ("User/Client") and AIDI TEAM, regarding the products and/or services offered through the website; furthermore, they stipulate the obligations and rights arising from said contractual relationship, with the Client being subject to these Terms and Conditions which are governed and interpreted in accordance with current Colombian legislation.

When accessing, browsing, and purchasing in our Virtual Store, the Client commits to reading, accepting, and complying with these Terms and Conditions; furthermore, they are obliged to respect the Privacy Policy and Data Processing and to act in accordance with Colombian legislation. AIDI TEAM informs you that, at any time, it may make modifications to its Terms and Conditions, for which reason the Client must visit this page periodically to learn about and accept the current Terms and Conditions to which they will be obliged at the moment they decide to use our Websites.
If the Client makes use of the Websites, it will imply full acceptance of the conditions established in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The use of the Websites will oblige the Client to expressly comply with them, and they cannot claim ignorance of such Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The Client who does not accept these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory and binding in nature, must refrain from using the Websites.
In accordance with constitutional provisions, AIDI TEAM will presume that all actions taken by the Client comply with the principles of good faith. For this reason, it will presume in good faith that it is contracting directly with the Client or with their duly authorized legal representative to carry out this type of transaction, exempting AIDI TEAM from any type of liability for identity impersonation by any Client.
The services offered by AIDI TEAM on our Websites are only available to those persons who have legal capacity to enter into contracts according to current Colombian legislation. In any case, AIDI TEAM will only allow registration and purchase transactions by legal adults, whether natural or legal persons, duly identified with a national ID, NIT, or foreign ID card. Clients who do not have this legal capacity and minors may not conduct transactions on our Websites and must refrain from using the services at all times. All actions that these persons perform on our Websites will be the direct responsibility of their parents, guardians, or curators.
The personal information that the Client registers on the Websites will be for the exclusive use of AIDI TEAM and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the information required to process electronic payment transactions. The authorized payment gateway on the Virtual Store is Wompi. The data required in these Terms and Conditions will be used to validate purchase orders by the companies involved. Under no circumstances will this information be transferred to third parties.
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, the Client may, at any time, exercise their right to know, update, rectify, or delete the personal data that has been registered on our Websites, or to revoke their authorization by sending written communication to the email info@aidi.team. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy and Data Processing.
AIDI TEAM does not store credit card or debit card data used in electronic payments. In these cases, the processing of information provided by Clients will be the exclusive responsibility of the authorized payment gateway on the Virtual Store: Wompi.
Client registration is not mandatory to make a purchase or transaction on https://web.aidi.team. However, the Client who completes the registration process will have an associated account within the Virtual Store that will allow them to access the following benefits: activation of cash on delivery payment methods, view order history, edit shipping address, and modify access credentials (email and secret password).
The registration process on the Virtual Store requires that the Client mandatorily provide a username for their account, an identification document number (national ID, NIT, or foreign ID card), an email account, and a secret password. To complete the registration, the Client must read the Terms and Conditions of the Virtual Store and expressly manifest their acceptance of them. Once the account has been created on the Virtual Store, the Client has accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Data Privacy Policy contained therein.
The information that the Client provides in the registration process must be truthful, complete, and reliable. Any act of identity impersonation and/or the provision of false or incorrect information that does not correspond to the natural or legal person using our Websites is prohibited.
It is the Client's responsibility to use the password used for their registration, which may not be transferred or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. Therefore, the Client must adopt all necessary security measures to prevent misuse or knowledge of it by third parties. The Client is solely responsible for all transactions made from their account because access and use of it is restricted by the personal use password. In case of password loss, forgetfulness, or exposure to third parties, the Client should go to the link: "Have you forgotten your password?", where a message will be sent to the registered email and following the instructions, the Client can change the password.
In the event that the information provided by the Client generates doubts or confusion, AIDI TEAM reserves the right to verify the registered information and/or contact the Client to request additional data that provides greater clarity. Likewise, it may make a temporary or permanent suspension of the purchase made by the Client whose personal data cannot be confirmed, without this generating any right to compensation, payment, or restitution. In the event that the Client has made payment for the purchase that was temporarily or permanently suspended, AIDI TEAM will proceed with the refund of the price paid at the time of purchase.
- The account created by the Client includes false, incorrect, equivocal, imprecise, erroneous, or confusing information.
- The Client fails to comply with their contractual obligations. In this event, the account will be suspended until such time as the obligation is complied with. In case of non-compliance on three (3) or more occasions, the account will be cancelled.
- It is verified that the account has been created by a person who does not have legal capacity to contract or by a minor. In this case, the account will be cancelled immediately.
- The Client, freely and voluntarily, requests the temporary or permanent suspension or cancellation of the account. Said request will be honored always and when the account has no pending obligations or commitments to fulfill.
On the Virtual Store, AIDI TEAM offers the Client different products and communication services; specifically, products with NFC technology linked to the Web Application. AIDI TEAM provides the Client with accurate, clear, and sufficient information about each product and/or service, publishing illustrative images and data on the Virtual Store about the main characteristics that define them. The Client will have access to information about the product and/or service of their interest by clicking on its name or image. It is the Client's responsibility to read the information contained on this website about the products and/or services offered, so that they can make a decision adjusted to their needs before purchase. AIDI TEAM displays images striving for the greatest possible clarity, but clarifies that they may present modifications according to the characteristics of the equipment on which they are viewed; furthermore, they are illustrative images that are not to the actual scale of the product.
To carry out the purchase process for any of the products and/or services, the Client must fill out an electronic form with personal information such as: full name (or company name), identification document (national ID, NIT, foreign ID card), address, state, city, phone, email address, and special notes for order delivery (if necessary), where the Client may register additional address details to facilitate delivery or register the name of a person of legal age to whom they authorize for receipt or pickup of the product. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, truthfulness, and updating of the personal data provided.
If the Client is registered on the Virtual Store, they may log in with their username or email address and their secret password. In this case, the purchase form will be automatically completed with the data previously stored in the Client's account.
In compliance with legal provisions, the Client will also find clear and updated information on the electronic form about the products and/or services they have selected for purchase, observing the name, selected quantity, subtotal, and total of the order. Furthermore, the Client must select the shipping method and payment option, knowing the shipping costs and other expenses charged to the Client before they accept to place the order.
AIDI TEAM commits to the constant updating of its Virtual Store and to the review of the products and/or services contained on this website. However, AIDI TEAM may modify and/or discontinue products and/or services at any time without incurring any liability to the Client.
Legal Notice: The sale and dispatch of products and/or services is conditioned to their availability and existence in inventory. When the product and/or service is not available, AIDI TEAM will immediately notify the Client and return the full amount of the price paid at the time of purchase.
AIDI TEAM, at its sole discretion, may limit or cancel the quantities purchased by the Client when the purchase does not comply with the conditions and restrictions communicated at the time of purchase. In such case, AIDI TEAM will reject the purchases or return the full amount of the price paid as applicable, without this generating any right to compensation, payment, or restitution in favor of the Client.
All prices for products and services displayed on the Virtual Store are expressed in Colombian pesos and refer only to the value of the product and/or service with taxes included; that is, they do not include shipping or delivery costs, except in cases where the product and/or service description explicitly specifies otherwise. All costs generated by the purchase will be calculated at the moment the Client makes their purchase statement on the Virtual Store, for which reason they will have full knowledge of the exact amount they must pay for the product and/or service of their interest. The published prices are exclusive to the Virtual Store.
AIDI TEAM is responsible for constantly reviewing the products and/or services and their prices. However, there could be a typographical error in one of the prices. If this is the case and a Client has made a purchase based on said error, AIDI TEAM will communicate said error to the Client and will proceed to return the money to an account owned by the Client in an amount identical to that deposited in our account, without any interest or compensation, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with what is stipulated in the Consumer Statute.
Due to the online update of the Virtual Store, the price or availability of a product and/or service may change at any time and without prior notice. The price that will be taken into account to calculate the payment will be the price that is in effect at the moment the Client confirms the order by clicking "Place Order".
Promotional coupons are digital codes that can be used by the Client at the time of placing an order. The Virtual Store automatically determines whether the conditions of minimum amount, shipping address, accumulation, and expiration date correspond to a valid coupon code and makes the corresponding adjustment in the final purchase amount.
AIDI TEAM, at its sole discretion, will determine for each generated coupon code the validation conditions to use the coupon on the Virtual Store. AIDI TEAM will also take into account promotional coupons in case of cancellation or return of the purchase for the same value of the acquired product. In the event that there is a price reduction of the product below the coupon value, AIDI TEAM will not refund the excess amount.
In accordance with the law, AIDI TEAM will publish through its Virtual Store information related to promotions, indicating their start and end dates; the terms and conditions that regulate them; the requirements that must be met to access them; and their validity until inventory is exhausted.
The Client must pay for each product and/or service acquired the price that is in effect on the Virtual Store at the time of placing the order. Furthermore, they must assume shipping costs if applicable. All payments must be made in legal Colombian currency.
Before accepting the offer by AIDI TEAM, the Client must choose the payment terms and conditions according to the options that AIDI TEAM offers for payment of orders made in the Virtual Store. These options are:
- Cash on Delivery: The Client must make the payment of the total price of the order, including shipping costs if applicable, in legal Colombian currency at the time of delivery. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the shipping address provided in the purchase form. If the Client enters an incorrect address at the time of purchase, they must assume the additional shipping costs generated.
- Electronic Payments: AIDI TEAM makes available to the Client a payment link that communicates with the authorized payment gateway on the Virtual Store: Wompi, which at its sole discretion may modify the availability (enable or disable) of the payment gateway to improve the customer experience.
- Electronic Payments through Wompi: The Client may make the electronic payment of the order using any of the following methods:
- PSE
- Credit Cards
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Bancolombia Button
- Nequi
- QR Code
Regarding the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, this method will be enabled only in the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area for registered Clients who log in to the Virtual Store. Furthermore, AIDI TEAM may verify orders made with this payment method using any of the data provided by the Client in the purchase form. In the event of finding inconsistencies in the information provided by the Client, AIDI TEAM, at its sole discretion, may cancel or suspend the order and will determine whether to suspend or cancel the Client's account on the Virtual Store, without this generating any right to compensation, payment, or restitution, or creating any type of liability for damages that may arise.
When choosing the electronic payment method, the handling of personal information will be the exclusive responsibility of the selected payment gateway. The Client must accept the Terms and Conditions of the selected payment gateway. AIDI TEAM has an SSL certificate on its Websites, which provides the Client with a secure connection system for conducting transactions on the Virtual Store. However, in no case will it be responsible for communication failures that occur in banking entities.
Once payment has been verified on the Virtual Store, AIDI TEAM may proceed to accept the purchase offer. Although payment by the Client may have been verified, AIDI TEAM may refuse to accept a purchase offer or accept it partially. In this case, it will only be obligated to refund the Client the amount paid for the unaccepted purchase offer, or the percentage corresponding to the unapproved part of a partially accepted purchase offer, without this generating any type of interest or compensation in favor of the Client or the obligation to notify the reasons for such denial or partial acceptance.
AIDI TEAM, in seeking to comply with Law 1480 of 2011 and protecting its Clients, informs that the process for the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following events:
- If the product is personalized or semi-personalized and the personalization process has already begun.
The process for the right of withdrawal does apply in the following events:
- If the product is NOT personalized.
- If the product is personalized or semi-personalized and the personalization process has NOT begun.
When the Client makes a payment with a debit card, credit card, or any other electronic payment method through electronic commerce mechanisms, they may request a payment reversal if:
- The product is personalized or semi-personalized and the personalization process has NOT begun.
- It is a NOT personalized product and the delivery does NOT correspond to what was requested or is defective.
- The purchase made corresponds to an operation NOT requested.
- The purchase is subject to fraud.
In cases where payment reversal applies, the Client must submit the request to AIDI TEAM within five (5) business days through the customer service WhatsApp line: +57 317 373 1916; or by filling out the form found at the link Contact | PQRS on the main page of the Virtual Store or through email: info@aidi.team.
Through any of the means by which the Client submits the payment reversal request, they must provide their personal identification data such as: identification document, names and surnames, home address, contact numbers, product order number, product delivery date (if applicable), purchase amount, reason for requesting payment reversal, amount for which they request reversal, full identification of the credit card, debit card, or instrument used to make the electronic payment. In the event that the Client submits the request without including all required data, AIDI TEAM may contact the Client to complete the information and proceed to file the reversal request. In the event that the Client has received the product for which they request reversal, they must return it to AIDI TEAM: Calle 35B #22C-27. Edificio Titanio. Apartment 401. Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia.
In this reversal process and within the same five (5) business days mentioned, it is essential that the Client also notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase by filing a complaint with similar content.
When the payment reversal request has been duly filed with AIDI TEAM and with the issuer of the electronic payment instrument that the Client has used, and the product return has been completed (if applicable), the participants in the payment process will have thirty (30) business days to refund the Client the full amount of the price paid for the product at the time of purchase, without any discount or withholding.
When the Client makes a purchase on the AIDI TEAM Virtual Store or through our WhatsApp line and wishes to cancel it, they may cancel the purchase within 6 hours following the time the purchase process was completed. With the exception of those personalized or semi-personalized products whose personalization process has already begun.
If at the moment the Client expresses their intention to cancel a product that does NOT require personalization, AIDI TEAM has already proceeded with shipping the product to the address indicated at the time of purchase, the Client must assume the shipping costs and must ensure that the product reaches AIDI TEAM again; furthermore, they must accept that if they made the payment with a credit card, debit card, or any other electronic payment instrument, even if they cancelled the purchase, the money may have been debited from their account and they must request a payment reversal (procedure indicated in the previous section).
On the other hand, if at the moment the Client expresses their intention to cancel within the 6-hour period after completing the purchase process of a product that does NOT require personalization, AIDI TEAM has not yet shipped the product to the address indicated by the Client, the cancellation or annulment of the purchase will be carried out at no cost.
The Client must submit the request for cancellation or annulment of the purchase through the different service channels within the 6-hour period after completing the purchase process. To do so, they may contact AIDI TEAM through the customer service WhatsApp line: +57 317 373 1916; register their request in the email: info@aidi.team, expressing their desire to cancel or annul the purchase OR fill out the form found at the link Contact | PQRS on the main page of the Virtual Store.
AIDI TEAM on its Virtual Store displays the available shipping options for the city selected by the Client. However, it may refuse to accept a purchase offer when the shipping address provided by the Client is not within the urban areas of the selected city. Purchase orders that are not approved will be cancelled, notifying the Client via email, telephone call, or WhatsApp notification and refunding the full amount of money.
The products included in the order placed by the Client will be delivered to the shipping address filled in on the purchase form, within a period that can be from two (2) business days to ten (10) business days, depending on the destination, counted from the moment AIDI TEAM accepts the corresponding purchase offer, and provided that the payment terms and conditions have been predetermined and there are no force majeure or unforeseen events that could delay delivery.
Products will be delivered to the Client or to a person of legal age duly authorized by the Client. Similarly, the Client or the authorized person must show the delivery driver their original identification document and sign the delivery note with their full name in legible handwriting, giving approval of the optimal condition of the product or making relevant observations if applicable. If the Client does not register any observation or complaint, it is understood that they received the product to their satisfaction. If the Client proceeds to reject receipt of the product for reasons beyond AIDI TEAM's control, the refund of the shipping cost will not be processed. At the moment the delivery driver feels that their physical integrity or safety is at risk, they will have the right not to complete the delivery and AIDI TEAM will proceed with the corresponding refund of the money paid by the Client.
When the delivery driver notifies the visit to the address registered by the Client without obtaining any response, they will return the product to AIDI TEAM, which will contact the Client within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days to proceed with its reshipment, in which case the new shipping costs generated will be charged to the Client. If it is not possible to establish contact with the Client during the previously mentioned time, or the Client does not pay the additional amount for reshipment, AIDI TEAM may cancel the purchase order and will only be obligated to refund the amount the Client paid for the products, deducting the value of shipping costs.
Unless otherwise agreed, if delivery of the order exceeds thirty (30) calendar days counted from the day after the purchase is made, the Client may unilaterally terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the total amount paid without any discount or withholding. The refund will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with the Consumer Statute.
AIDI TEAM allows the Client to make complaints, returns, and exchanges of products under the same terms and through the same means as the original transaction. These requests for returns and exchanges may be submitted by the Client when they are not satisfied with the received product; when they receive a product different from the one selected at the time of purchase; or when they are delivered a damaged or incomplete product.
- Request for delivery of different or incorrect product: if the product delivered to the Client is different or incorrect, the deadline to submit the request is 24 hours. Within this period, the Client must inform AIDI TEAM of the error made and, once verification is carried out, AIDI TEAM must offer the Client the possibility of exchanging the incorrect product for the product originally selected at the time of purchase, without generating any additional cost. The Client must return to AIDI TEAM the product that was initially delivered. Under no circumstances will the return or exchange of an incorrect product be accepted if it has been altered.
- Request for damaged or incomplete product: if the product delivered to the Client shows clear evidence of damage or is missing any parts, within a maximum period of 24 hours the Client must inform AIDI TEAM of the situation. Once the condition of the product has been verified and an anomaly is indeed found, AIDI TEAM must offer the Client the possibility of exchanging the product for one with the same characteristics in perfect condition and without generating new costs. The Client must return to AIDI TEAM the product that was initially delivered.
For requests for exchange or return for any of the reasons previously indicated, the Client must contact the customer service WhatsApp line: +57 317 373 1916 or submit their request via email: info@aidi.team or at the link Contact | PQRS found on the main page of the Virtual Store. All this in order to coordinate the technical review and product pickup. AIDI TEAM will assume the shipping costs.
To submit the request for exchange or return, the Client must present their identification document and, preferably, the purchase invoice or the confirmation email sent by AIDI TEAM at the time of placing the order.
AIDI TEAM allows the Client to request exchanges or returns when the product does not meet the suitability, safety, and quality conditions offered. In the event that there is any damage, defect, or deficiency that prevents the product from being suitable for its intended use. All products offered at https://web.aidi.team come with a three (3) month warranty and this becomes effective from the acceptance of the purchase and full payment of the product by the Client.
If the Client needs to enforce the product warranty for non-compliance with suitability and quality conditions, for damage or performance issues after receiving it, they must contact our customer service WhatsApp line: +57 317 373 1916 or submit their request via email: info@aidi.team or at the link Contact | PQRS found on the main page of the Virtual Store, in order to submit their request for product defects.
In compliance with the legal warranty, AIDI TEAM acquires the obligation to repair or replace the product at the time of purchase. As a first measure, it will carry out free repair of product defects if the product allows for repair. If repair is not possible, replacement will be proceed with. For warranty claims, shipping costs will be fully assumed by AIDI TEAM. If the product is in a different location from where it was delivered by the carrier, shipping costs must be assumed by the Client. The warranty period will be suspended during the time the product is under repair and the Client cannot use it.
If the product is exchanged for a new one, the warranty period will begin to run in full from the moment the product is replaced.
In order for the Client to enforce the product warranty, the warranty period must be current, and preferably, the Client should keep the purchase invoice. AIDI TEAM will be exempted from warranty responsibility when the product defect or damage stems from force majeure or unforeseen events; the act of a third party; improper use of the product by the Client; or the Client did not follow the usage, maintenance, or installation instructions provided.
When the warranty period expires, the Client must assume full payment for any inspection, repair, or replacement of the purchased product.
In compliance with legal provisions, AIDI TEAM has established various mechanisms so that the Client can file their Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions (PQRS) free of charge, so that the date and time of filing is recorded. When the Client wishes to submit a PQRS to AIDI TEAM, they may use any of the following channels:

The Client may submit their PQRS through the website or email at any date and time, as long as they have internet access and the Virtual Store is not experiencing technical issues. If the Client decides to submit their PQRS through our customer service WhatsApp line, they must adhere to the established and published service hours on the main page.
Once the Client has submitted their PQRS, AIDI TEAM will make the respective record and assign them a filing number which will be communicated to the Client via email. According to the type of PQRS submitted by the Client, AIDI TEAM must provide a response within fifteen (15) business days following its filing.
All computer material: texts, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, logos, and source code of the Websites are the property of AIDI TEAM or are licensed or authorized for use.
The use of the Virtual Store is exclusively limited to personal purposes of consultation, review, and purchase. Unauthorized use, distribution, copying, modification, or adaptation, or any other prohibited conduct will be sanctioned in accordance with applicable regulations.
The use of the Web Application is exclusively limited for personal and commercial purposes of editing, consultation, and review. Unauthorized use, distribution, copying, or any other prohibited conduct will be sanctioned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Although all content on the website https://web.aidi.team is available to the public, this does not imply, under any circumstance, that any type of license for use of trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights is granted to anyone who visits, consults, or makes purchases through this website. Consequently, the commercialization, distribution, copying, or modification of information published on this website is strictly prohibited.
When the Client enters AIDI TEAM's Websites, they expressly accept that they use the Websites at their own risk and responsibility, freeing AIDI TEAM from all liability for damages or losses that may result from the Client's lack of ability to use the Websites or from improper use of them.
AIDI TEAM informs all its Clients that, in accordance with applicable Colombian regulations, it will be exempt from all liability when:
- The Client registers on the Websites or fills in their personal information by providing false, incorrect, or lacking in truthfulness and authenticity data.
- The Client mishandles the personal and non-transferable password that they use on the Websites, or shares said password with third parties. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Client is solely responsible for the use of the password and, therefore, is solely responsible for all transactions conducted from their account.
- Damages and/or losses occasionally occur due to identity impersonation by a Client or a third party, since AIDI TEAM will presume in good faith that it is contracting directly with the Client or with their duly authorized legal representative to carry out this type of transaction.
- Slander and/or insults occur between a Client and another, or between third parties unrelated to AIDI TEAM.
- Persons unrelated to AIDI TEAM make publications, contributions, suggestions, recommendations and/or comments on the Websites, or manipulate images, information, and digital content contained on the Websites.
- Damages and losses, economic losses, lost profits, and others occur because the Client has not been able to complete a purchase on AIDI TEAM due to difficulties in enabling the service in a timely manner, due to lack of product and/or service inventory, due to delays in delivery, due to force majeure or unforeseen events, for any failure in the service, or because AIDI TEAM has seen fit to suspend or cancel any registration or purchase request made by the Client in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- The sale or publicity of products and/or services sold is carried out. In this case, AIDI TEAM will proceed with the refund of money without this generating any right to compensation, payment, or restitution.
- Force majeure or unforeseen events occur that prevent the service from being provided at the scheduled time and published on the Virtual Store, or carrying out deliveries, exchanges, or refunds on the stipulated days for such.
- The digital content of the Websites (photos, descriptions, and others) is not updated or is free of errors.
- Failures, errors, interruptions, or congestions occur on the Websites and/or on the customer service WhatsApp line.
- Communication failures occur with banking entities through which the Client makes their payment.
- Damages and/or losses occur due to the trust that the Client places in the information obtained on the Websites or due to occasional errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in the operation or transmission, or any other type of error in its operation.
- The Client reports the acquisition of a virus, technical failure, loss of information, or damage derived from the use of the Websites or from inadequate handling of computer equipment.
In accordance with current Colombian regulations, the stipulations included in the Terms and Conditions, and without generating any right to compensation, payment, or restitution in favor of the Client, AIDI TEAM may reserve the right to:
- Modify the Terms and Conditions.
- Vary the products and/or services offered on its Websites, their respective prices, and their descriptions.
- Limit or discontinue the availability of any product and/or service.
- Modify promotional codes and any other promotion, setting the parameters that must be met to access them.
- Limit the quantity of products and/or services available for sale or for acquisition by a Client.
- Suspend or cancel any Client account due to false information or misuse of it.
- Cancel, suspend, or not process any purchases made by the Client, even if they have been previously accepted.
- Prevent a Client from completing a transaction.
- Request expansion and/or verification of the information provided by the Client at the time of registration or purchase.
The Web Application offers different user profiles, each with a specific URL administered by its corresponding Profile Manager. The Profile Manager is a natural or legal person, whether public or private, who has contracted AIDI TEAM's services to use an exclusive profile URL and share their information through it. As a consequence, some of the user profiles offer content, products, and services ("Third-Party Links or Resources") that are not the property or responsibility of AIDI TEAM.
Third-party links may direct the User/Client to external web pages that are not affiliated with AIDI TEAM. AIDI TEAM is not responsible for the content or accuracy of such pages, nor does it guarantee the quality of resources, products, or services offered by third parties on them. Consequently, AIDI TEAM assumes no obligation to examine or evaluate the content of third-party pages or any other material related to them.
AIDI TEAM is not responsible for any damage or loss related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transaction conducted in connection with third-party websites. The User/Client must carefully review third-party policies and terms and ensure they understand them before initiating any transaction. Any complaint, claim, concern, or question related to third-party resources should be directed directly to them, since AIDI TEAM has no control over such resources and cannot intervene in commercial agreements between the User/Client and third parties.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated, changed, or replaced by AIDI TEAM at any time at its sole discretion. Updates and changes will be published on our Websites and it is the responsibility of the User/Client to periodically review our Websites to stay informed of such changes. Continued use of our Websites after the publication of any change to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes. If the User/Client does not agree with the new Terms and Conditions, they must stop using the service.
